On June 13, 2015 Cumberland City Police served a fugitive warrant on Larry James Reall 2nd, age 26 of Cumberland, Maryland. Reall was taken into custody after officers learned that he had a warrant for his arrest in Mineral County, West Virginia for burglary and grand larceny. Reall was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner. Reall was held in the Allegany County Detention without bail to await an extradition hearing.
