On Wednesday July 22, 2015, Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant on Brianna Goetz, age 21 of Cumberland. The warrant was issued as a result of Goetz failing to follow the conditions of her probation as a result of a previous Theft arrest. Goetz was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District court Commissioners Office for a bond hearing. She was released after posting a $100.00 dollar bond.
SUMMONS SERVICE
On Wednesday July 22, 2015, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Chiffawn Metheny, age 29 of Cumberland. The summons was issued as a result of a July 17th 2015 Theft investigation that occurred at business on Greene Street. Investigation into this matter revealed that Metheny was observed taking a customer’s wallet which contained a sum of currency while both were inside the store. Metheny was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGE: Theft less than $100.00 dollars.
