Arrest Warrant Served

      On Tuesday, August 5th, 2014, Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Christina Marie Driver for Disturbing the peace and assault 2nd degree, which resulted from an incident that took place on Washington Street on August 3rd, 2014.  An additional arrest was being held at the Allegany County District Court and was also served on Christina Marie Driver for failing to follow the conditions of probation on a separate incident.  Driver was taken before the District Court Commissioner and then remanded to the Allegany County Detention Court pending trail.

Charge:  Disturbing the peace, Assault 2nd, and VOP

Arrest Warrant Served

      On Tuesday, August 5th, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a bench warrant on Travis James Dixon for failing to appear in the Allegany County District court on July, 28th, 2014 for the charge of driving an uninsured vehicle.  Dixon was then taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bail review and was release on his personal recognizance pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
