Brown.  The second subject, who was the driver of the vehicle, was identified as Antonio D. Henderson-Gill.  Both subjects were placed under arrest and were transported to the Cumberland Police Department.  They were processed and taken before the District Court Commissioner’s Office.  Both subjects were remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.  Henderson-Gill was held on $7,500.00 bond, and Brown was held on $3,000.00 bond .
