Driving Revoked / Uninsured
While on patrol on Maryland Ave. an officer observed a vehicle being operated not displaying any registration plates. The vehicle was stopped and the operator John Sherman Ross Jr. was contacted. Ross advised that he had just purchased the vehicle today and was going to have it registered tomorrow. He was unable to provide any proof of insurance for the also. Investigation revealed that Ross’ privilege to drive in the state of Maryland was currently revoked and that he was also wanted through Queen Anne’s County. Ross was placed under arrest and transported to PH where he was charged and processed. He was then taken to the ACDC to await transport to Queen Anne’s County for service of the Warrant.

Charges: Driving Revoked, Driving Uninsured, Driving Unregistered Vehicle
