On Sunday, January 19, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Charles Orville Butler.  The summons charges Butler with being in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  Butler was contacted by the Cumberland Police on December 24, 2013 and several prescription pills were located on him.  Charges were applied for at District Court which resulted in the criminal summons being issued.

Charles Orville Butler – age 42 – Cumberland, MD

Charges:

Possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

 

Criminal Summons Served__________________Sunday, January 19, 2014

On Sunday, January 19, 2014 the Cumberland Police department served a criminal summons on Lindsay Renee Osbourne.  The summons stems from an incident which was investigated by the Cumberland Police Department on January 16, 2014 at a residence located in the 200 block of Fulton Street.  On that date officers responded to the residence and found three young children, all under the age of seven in the residence with no adult supervision.  Child Protective Services responded and took custody of the children.  Charges were applied for against the mother, Lindsay Renee Osbourne which resulted in the criminal summons being issued.

Lindsay Renee Osbourne – age 28 – Cumberland, MD

Charges:

Neglect of a minor, contribute to certain conditions, confine unattended child.
