On Sunday October 11, 2015, Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant on Majorie Charles, age 23, from Orlando, Florida. The warrant was issued as a result of Charles failing to appear for a District Court trial on April 7, 2015 for a previous arrest for driving without a license. Charles was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office for a bond hearing. She was held on a $5,000.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

CHARGE: Fail to Appear.
