Cumberland Police served Leo Regis Rodenhauser and Sharon Ann Alleva with a criminal summons results from a police investigation which began on 11/18/15.  Officers from the Cumberland Police Department were called to a Cumberland Street residence on 11/18/15 for a report of a burglary.  The officers investigated the complaint and after discovering the location of some of the stolen property the suspects in the case were charged.  Both Rodenhauser and Alleva were served and are awaiting their preliminary hearing in District Court.

 

Leo Regis Rodenhauser, age 22 of Cumberland, MD

Charges: 1^st, 3^rd, & 4^th Degree Burglary, and theft less than $1,000.00

 

Sharon Ann Alleva, age 60 of Cumberland, MD

Charges: 1^st, 3^rd, & 4^th Degree Burglary, and theft less than $1,000.00
