On December 3, 2015 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Amy Elizabeth Shanholtz, age 32 of Cumberland, Maryland. The summons was issued after a private citizen applied for charges at District Court. Shanholtz was served with the summons and released pending a trial date in District Court.

Charges: 2nd Degree Assault and Disorderly Conduct
Criminal Summons Served
On December 3, 2015 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Tyrell Allen Parker, age 19 of Cumberland, Maryland. On November 25, 2015 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to 1505 Holland Street for a theft complaint. Upon the officers arrival they were informed by the victim that her vehicle had been entered overnight and several items were removed. The victim told officers that two gift cards were taken from the vehicle. Prior to this incident being reported, officers from the Cumberland City Police Department handled a complaint of a subject tampering with vehicles in the same area. Tyrell Parker was identified at that time and found to be in possession of the same gift cards that were stolen from the vehicle at the Holland Street address. As a result of this incident charges were applied for a District Court resulting in the summons being issued. Parker was served with the summons and later released pending his trial date in District Court.
Arrested: Tyrell Allen Parker Age: 19 of Cumberland, Maryland
Charges: Theft less than $100, 2 counts of Rogue and Vagabond, 2 counts of tampering with a motor vehicle and 2 counts of climbing into a vehicle.
