Bench Warrants Served
On December 2, 2015 Cumberland City Police served two bench warrants on Yancey Ezra Sheridan Bailey, age 34 of Cumberland, Maryland. Both warrants were issued after Bailey failed to follow conditions of his probation. Bailey was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner. Bailey was held in the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.
