On Wednesday February 5, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a parole retake warrant from Baltimore, Maryland on Michael Oneil, age 43.  The warrant was issued as a result of Oneil violating the conditions of his probation as a result of a previous arrest in Baltimore County.  These charges included Possession of Heroin, Distribution of CDS, Assault on Police, Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Justice.  Oneil was located at a residence on North Centre Street.  Cumberland City Officers were assisted by members of the C3I Fugitive Warrant Unit.  Oneil was transported to the Western Maryland Correctional Institution where he was released to their custody to await a parole hearing in Baltimore, Maryland.

WARRANT SERVICE

On Thursday February 6, 2014, Cumberland City Office served a bench warrant on Duranique Miller, age 18 of Cumberland.  The warrant was issued as a result of Miller failing to pay fines and costs from a previous Theft arrest.  At 12:24 am, officers responded to a disturbance call at a dwelling on Old Willowbrook Road.  Miller was one of the individuals involved and was arrested once a check for wanted was conducted and confirmed.  Miller was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department where she was processed and served.  After a bond hearing, Miller was released after posting a bond of $157.50.
