The Cumberland Police Department is attempting to locate Robert Kyle Hickey Jr., who was reported missing. Hickey is a 56-year-old white male who is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds. McDaniel was last observed in the Cumberland area in the early morning hours of December 7, 2021. The Cumberland Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Hickey, and anyone with information as to his whereabouts, please call 301-777-1600. Callers can remain anonymous.
