On Monday, April 19th, 2021, The Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Donald Robert West, age 27, of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident which occurred on April 15th, 2020 at a residence in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Ave. During this incident, the Cumberland City Police executed a Search and Seizure Warrant at the home of West. During the search, a quantity of suspected cocaine as well as CDS paraphernalia was located inside the residence. West was served the Summons and released, pending trial in District Court.

Charges: CDS Possession not Marijuana, CDS Possession Paraphernalia
