On Thursday, May 28th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Jessica Lynn Michael. The summons was issued by District Court for obstructing an investigation in related to a wanted individual back on May 23rd, 2020 at Grand Avenue residence. On that date, Officers responded to the Grand Avenue residence looking for a wanted individual. When officers arrived, Michael told officers that the individual in question was not inside the residence. Officers later learned that the wanted individual was hiding in the attic. She was charged with obstructing and hindering and received copies of her charging documents and was released pending trial at District Court.
