On June 6, 2016 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on David Sean Chamberlain, age 32 of Cumberland, Maryland. On May 27, 2016 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to 529 Columbia Avenue for a reported theft. During the investigation, officers learned from the victim that he had $180.00 taken from an envelope that was kept inside his lock box. Mr. Chamberlain was identified as the suspect, which resulted in charges being issued. Chamberlain was served with the summons and released pending his trial date in District Court.
Arrested: David Sean Chamberlain Age: 32 of Cumberland, MD
Charge: Theft less than $1,000.
