On Thursday, the Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Randy Lee Iliff, age 24 of Cumberland, Maryland. The warrant was issued after Iliff failed to appear in District Court on July 25, 2016 for trial on separate charges. Iliff was taken directly to the Allegany County Detention Center where he was held without bond.
