A Cumberland businessman who resides on Polk Street has been complaining to the Mayor and City Council for more than two years about the problem of parking on that street- and a partial solution may now be close at hand. Some residents there have complained about a lack of parking because of the large number of students at the International Beauty School taking the available spaces.
