Poll: Bernie Sanders Leads Poll Two Months Ahead Of MD Democratic Primary

Two months ahead of Maryland's Democratic primary, Senator Bernie Sanders is a potential leading vote-getter, with former Vice President Joe Biden and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg also in position to leave Maryland with delegates. A new poll released this week from Goucher College shows twenty-four percent of likely primary voters told pollsters they prefer Sanders, while Biden (18%) and Bloomberg (16%) are in a statistical tie for second. Former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg is a distant fourth with 7%, followed by 6% each for Sens. Amy Klobuchar and Elizabeth Warren. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard and billionaire Tom Steyer each have support from less than 1% of voters. Another 18% of voters are undecided. The poll has a 5.1% margin of error among likely Democratic voters and a 3.6% margin of error among overall likely voters.  Mileah Kromer, director of the Sarah T.
