Bedford County 911 confirms to WCBC News that a power outage has affected Hyndman this morning. Lines are down on Shellsburg Street, and West Penn Power is estimating service to be restored by noon.
West Penn Power says over 600 customers are without power in Hyndman, and another 700 in Londonderry in Bedford County.
