A number or residents in Ridgely, Short Gap and Frankfort are without power at this time. Potomac Edison crews are attempting to address the issue. High winds impacting power lines may have played a part.
UPDATED 2:30 PM – Potomac Edison says that over 400 customers are without service, with 350 of them in the Ridgeley area.
