Prices Are The Pump Holding Steady

March 18th, 2017 by WCBC Radio

Drivers nationwide and across Maryland got lucky this week as pump prices stayed relatively flat over the past seven days. The only exception was the Baltimore metro area, which experienced the largest weekly uptick in the State, but only by two cents per gallon. Today’s national average of $2.29 per gallon is one cent less than a week ago and unchanged from last month. Maryland’s average cost is one cent more than the national average at $2.30 per gallon, reflecting a one cent increase from last week. In Cumberland prices remain among the highest in the state at $2.40, although that is down a penny from last week
