On Saturday, the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant on Darnell Holter, age 29 of the city.
The warrant stemmed from Holter violating his conditions of Probation. Holter was served with the Warrant and taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Holter was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $500 bond.
