Progress continues at the historic Footer's Dye Works Building at Canal Place with developer Michael Joy announcing that some of the loft apartments have already been rented out and there is a long list of interested tenants for those remaining. The $9 million restoration will see 24 apartments; and a commercial venture- the Dig Deep Brewery- locating on the first floor.
