Prosecutors across Maryland are sending a letter to Governor Martin O'Malley regarding the just adopted marijuana decriminalization bill. The message, veto the bill that reduces the penalties for possessing less than 10-grams of marijuana from 90-days in jail to civil fines starting at $100. Baltimore County State's Attorney Scott Shellenberger tells WBAL the measure will make it harder for police to search stopped vehicles if they smell marijuana.
