Protests Hit Baltimore

December 14th, 2014 by WCBC Radio

Protesters blocked roads and intersections in Baltimore to call for action after the deaths of unarmed black men at the hands of police, according to WBAL Radio.

The gathering began Saturday afternoon at McKeldin Square. Protesters later began marching through parts of the city amid the fanfare for the Army-Navy football game.

For a time, protesters blocked all lanes of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  By late afternoon, the protesters moved towards City Hall, the Mitchell Courthouse and Baltimore City Police Headquarters.  Police report no arrests.
