Officers served a criminal summons on Timothy Lee Keefer stemming from a January 30th theft investigation from a Columbia Avenue residence. Officers took a complaint of numerous items being stolen from the residence. Keefer was developed as a suspect. Officers discovered that Keefer had pawned several of the items that had been reported stolen at a Hagerstown business. An application for charges was completed and these charges were issued by the District Court.

Charge: Theft $1,500.00 to under $25,000.00, & Conspiracy to commit theft $1,500.00 to under $25,000.00
