Western Maryland Scenic Rail Road General Superintendent Mike Gresham tells WCBC News that the city needs to articulate a clear strategy for what it wants to be, before any parking issues can be resolved. Gresham, noting that parking has increasingly become a problem for tourists visiting the area and riding the train- with some having had their vehicles towed while they were enjoying the ride. He says that neither the city or the Downtown Development Commission has ever sought input from the railroad on any key issues- and that demonstrates a lack of a clear plan….
