The rebranding of downtown Cumberland continues with a fresh logo and new title. Sandi  Saville, chairwoman of the Downtown Development Commission, presented the new graphic and title “The Historic City Center” during this week’s meeting of the Cumberland Mayor and City Council.  The new logo features six buildings in the background with “Cumberland” in all capital letters across the buildings and an antique light post in the center.
