    WOW, …the new board was appointed prior to knowing this issue would circle back to it….are really suppose to be dumb enough to believe no one saw this coming? or how about appointing a board that would fairly represent the interest of the citizens and not be so predictable in the first place.

    The re-opening of the 2015 BOZA Hearing was remanded from the The Court of Special Appeals in April 2018; the Court would had sent the notice of the remand right away.
