Rocky Gap Clears $2.5 Million in Month One

The Maryland Lottery announced Friday that the state's four operating casinos generated gross revenue of $608.4 million in fiscal year 2013, which ended June 30. That is 14 percent higher than the state's Board of Revenue had projected. At Rocky Gap, $2.5 million was grossed in the first month of operation- $128.59 per slot machine a day and $1,111.67 per table game per day. Collectively, all four Maryland ended up generating $560.3 million in slot machine revenue and about $48 million in table games.
