Following discussions with a number of those close to the situation- Allegany County Commissioner Bill Valentine is confident a slots license for Rocky Gap will be awarded in early March. The Maryland Video Lottery Facilities Commission will hold a meeting today and Rocky Gap is on the agenda. A meeting Tuesday in Annapolis ran through a final checklist of items before a slots license can be officially signed off on.
