The Joint Communications Center of Allegany County dispatched police, fire and EMS to Maryland Route 36 in Midland this morning for a traffic accident.
One person was transported to UPMC Western Maryland. The road was closed for about 45 minutes.
Maryland State Police and Allegany County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the cause.
