The Ruby Tuesday property at 1238 National Highway in LaVale is under new ownership following Ruby Tuesday Inc.’s transfer to NRD Capital on February 8th for nearly $1.8 Million. Back in December of 2017 the Ruby Tuesday restaurant chain was sold to NRD Capital.
Aziz Hashim the founder and managing partner of NRD Capital will take over as CEO. Shareholders will receive $2.40 per share in cash minus tax for a total value of about $335 Million. Due to Ruby Tuesday now being a private company it will no longer be traded at the New York Stock Exchange.
Ruby Tuesday owned and operated 541 locations in 41 states, 15 countries and Guam while franchising 55 others.
