The second of WCBC's "Candidate Forums" tonight at Allegany College of Maryland. Tonight we feature the candidates seeking a seat on the Allegany County Board of Education. The forum is from 6 to 8 PM in the Conitnuing Education Building and is open to the public. The forum will be broadcast live on WCBC and streamed live on WCBC's Facebook page.
