The fourth and final general election candidates forum sponsored by the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce and WCBC Radio will be held Monday evening, this time featuring those running for a seat on the Board of Education. Once again the forum will be held at the Allegany College of Maryland Theatre and will run from 5-7 pm.
