School Board Members, ACPS Staff to Host Community Forum

Elected members of the Board of Education of Allegany County, along with administrative staff from the school system, will host a community forum to discuss plans for the Allegany High School Replacement project on Monday, November 2, 2015, beginning at 5 p.m. at the central office, 108 Washington Street. The forum is free and open to the public. The event will also be recorded as well as live streamed via the Internet. Moderated by Mr. Stu Czapski, Executive Director of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce, the public will have the opportunity to ask questions of the panel regarding the status and next steps of the project. Questions may also be submitted in advance for consideration to info@acpsmd.org. All questions asked by the audience or via email will be posed to the panel by way of the moderator. Access to view the live web stream is available on the school system’s YouTube channel, http://goo.gl/zVFkr4. The live stream will be active upon the start of the public forum for spectators only. In order to participate in the event, individuals must attend in person. A recording of the forum will remain available for playback after the event.
