Subscribers to School Out received an email notice today that the service will be shutting down at the end of next month.
Here's the text of the email…
We are writing you to let you know that SchoolsOut will cease operations, and be completely shut down as of May 31, 2018.
After May 31, you will no longer receive emergency alerts from Allegany County Public Schools.
It has been an honor to serve you and be trusted with sending you sensitive alert messages, but the company behind SchoolsOut, NotiSys is shutting down.
If you have any questions or concerns, please reply and I can help get you sorted out.
