A second person has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a New Jersey man and the wounding of his brother that occurred here early last month. The Cumberland Times News reports Tavon Joseph Kearney, 24, formerly of Baltimore and Cumberland, was arrested Monday afternoon in Hampton, Va., by U.S. marshals and the Hampton (Va.) Police Department on charges on file in Mineral County that included first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, according to the Mineral County Sheriff’s Office
