With Cumberland and Allegany County viewed as a potential landing spot for a medical marijuana industrial facility- there is a segment of the population who have no desire to see the local area become home to such an operation. Letters to the editor in the Cumberland Times News and callers to WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” have expressed a number of concerns. Last week a city resident addressed the Allegany County Commissioners about the possibility of a cannabis business in the area. Kenny Wilmot says he fears it will just add to the growing drug problem among young people in the county…
