One question from an FSU student that caught U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen off guard this week was whether or not he would support former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley for president in 2020. The former Democratic presidential candidate and two term governor actually began the speculation when he said last November that he may run for president again. If he does, it would be the second Marylander with eyes on the White House as Congressman John Delaney has already announced.
