Senator Wants Federal Legislation To Stop Cell Phone Use While Driving

U.S. Senator Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia says he plans to hold a Senate hearing later this year on distracted driving.  Rockefeller is the chairman of the Senate Commerce Committee.  Rockefeller wants federal legislation to stop cell phone use while driving.

    So where does this stop…..will we make it illegal to talk to my passenger next? I agree with no texting….but talking? Come on.
