Seton Drive Traffic Study Presented to City Council

July 18th, 2018 by WCBC Radio

Details of a traffic study recently completed to examine any necessary changes that may develop as a result of the new Allegany High School on Haystack Mountain were presented to the Cumberland Mayor and City Council Tuesday night. The city’s senior engineer Robert Smith made the presentation and the bottom line is that, although there will be a spike in traffic during arrival and dismissal times at Bishop Walsh and Allegany- a traffic signal at the Seton Drive/Bishop Walsh Drive is not necessary.
