The Cumberland City police served an Arrest Warrant on Brenda Kinnison, age 56, of Cumberland. Kinnison was charged with theft under $100 and theft scheme under $1000.  Kinnision failed to appear in District Court resulting in a Warrant for her arrest. Kinnison was served with the Warrant and taken in front of a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her own recognizance.

The Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on James Kinnison, age 49, of Cumberland. Kinnison originally was charged with theft under $100.  Kinnision failed to appear in District Court resulting in a Warrant for his arrest. Kinnison was served with the Warrant and taken in front of a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance.

The Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Julian Aponte, age 44, of Philadelphia, PA.  The Warrant was for a failing to appear in District Court in Hartford County, MD. Aponte was served with the Warrant and taken in front of a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance.

The Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Dustin Beal, age 30, o Cumberland.  The Warrant was for Beal violating his conditions of probation. Beal was served with the Warrant and taken in front of a District Court Commissioner where he was held on $2000 bond.
