On Tuesday, March 29th, 2016 the Cumberland City Police Department served an arrest warrant on Timothy Aaron Baker. The warrant was the result of an incident that occurred back on March 27th, 2016 in the area of N. Mechanic and Valley Street. Baker was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released pending trial.
Timothy Aaron Baker, age 19 of Cumberland.
Charges: Two counts of assault 2nd, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.
ArrOn Tuesday, March 29th, 2016 the Cumberland City Police Department served a bench warrant on Alvin Lee Lowry Jr for failure to appear at the District Court of Allegany County on a theft charge. Lowry was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $2,600 bond.
