On 04/01/13 an investigation was initiated by the C3I Unit in reference to possible violations of the sex offender registry laws. Information was obtained indicating the defendent, Anthony Reese Liller Sr., 46, was not residing at the address provided to law enforcement as a registered sex offender. A follow-up investigation by the C3I Unit revealed the defendent to be in violation and an arrest warrant was issued. The defendent was arrested by the C3I Warrant Fugitive Task Force on 04/03/13 and held without bond in the Allegany County Detention Center.
