The May term of Mineral County grand jury handed up 42 indictments, seven of which were for sex offenses.
• Daylin Roy Davis, Waldorf, use of minors in filming sexually explicit conduct and distribution, exhibiting and possession of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
• Wilson Cleo Racey, New Creek, child abuse resulting in injury, one felony sex-related charge and one misdemeanor sex-related charge.
• Michael Dean Carman, Springfield, four felony sex-related charges and two misdemeanor sex-related charges.
• Keith Lynn Detrick, Ridgeley, soliciting a minor via computer and one felony sex-related charge.
• DeSean Adair Thomas, Keyser, one felony sex-related charge and one misdemeanor sex-related charge.
• Bobby Junior Barker, Ridgeley, failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of changes as a sex offender.
• Bobbi Jo Starry, Berkeley Springs, two counts of failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of changes as a sex offender.
