Allegany County Commissioners President Jake Shade blasted the Maryland Historical Trust this week- saying the group makes arbitrary decisions while answering to no one. Shade said the county is not going to pay the estimate of several hundred thousand dollars for restoration of six columns at the Washington Street Library- and they are bringing the matter to the attention of the District 1 legislative delegation….
