CSX is the site of a picket line this morning regarding the use of non-union labor workers from CWI, a company from Barto, Pennsylvannia. Representatives from the Sheetmetal Workers Local 100 Union are on site picketing, equipped with plenty of visual aids. WCBC News' Garrett Eagan was on scene and spoke with representative Brian Diehl, who talked about the implentation of non-union workers both locally and also around the nation, commenting that CSX is also contracting the same company in Georgia. CSX has not released an official statement, but has attempted to have the picket line removed from the area by the police.
