We read the names every day, and sometimes it’s painfully obvious that the same people are being arrested several times for the same offense.

Allegany County Sheriff Craig Robertson knows the drill, and told WCBC’s Dave Norman that the problem isn’t with police or with local judges, but it’s with laws drafted downstate to address overcrowded jails in those jurisdictions…

    Maybe they should build up jails of multiple floors, multiple buildings or multiple locations.
