On 01.31.2021 at approximately 5:00 PM Deputies of The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 16000 block of National Highway for a reported stabbing.
Pursuant to the investigation deputies discovered that an argument had ensued at the location in which both parties had assaulted one another feloniously. The male stabbing victim was transported to UPMC and released into the custody of law enforcement after being treated for the stab wound that he reportedly received from the female occupant. Both parties were subsequently arrested and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center to await an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
Arrested in the incident were:
Kennard, Jesse L. – 32 years old of Frostburg MD/Texas
Shields, Amanda S. – 32 years old of Frostburg/Baltimore
Both were charged with First & Second Degree Assault.
